Our Tri-fold sofa bed mechanisms are designed by KD construction,which includes left and right side standard mechanisms,cross tubes and legs,springs,polydeck,bolts and nuts,screws.Customers don't need to do riveting,just tight the screws and bolts and hook on the polydeck by springs,that is all.If customers need different size all you to do is to change cross parts size and polydeck size.It will save huge shipment cost for our customers,and save warehouse space too.If your customers damaged the mechanism,you can send a part to replace and no need to send a whole mechanism for replacement.Please see the video by click the linkage below:
