3. Patented partly assembled design for large container loading quantity but very easy to put together.
4. Option for extra long version 2500X which takes the mattress length 75".
5. Use high quality rivets and oil riveting process with metal washer technology, joints almost have no clearance but work very smooth for the stability of the sleeper.
6. Use stronger and thicker tubular steel to secure the loading capacity.
7. the sleeper opens flat to reduce the height difference between heart and foot for the comfort.
8. The folded mattress in headrest changed to be away from the back post to protect mattress from fliction in close position.
9. Option for Fire-proof and air-breath polydeck base for safety and health, or mixture of two or four slats.
10. Option for deep cavity series 2700# and extra narrow mounting depth 2300#.
